I recently bought the Musso Ultimate Lux from the team at Werribee Ssangyong and I couldn’t be happier. From the initial inquiry to delivery, Auburn was very helpful and accommodating with my multitude of questions.And though I didn’t end up going with their in-house finance, Sunny was very helpful and gave me some great options.Just waiting on some accessories to be fitted once they arrive but the experience till now has been fantastic and very happy with the Musso.

Was sounding, I am getting a GREAT DEAL having added extras and getting 2 services done with them; disturbingly, I figured they are just out to milking you off your hard earned $. Make things worse. Had to call them after 3 Months of having the vehicle to get the dash cam installed.

First time buying a new car and Lauchlan made the experience a great one. He pushed for the delivery date to land on my wife’s birthday for her present, and was presented nicely in the showroom with a bow!He showed us everything we needed to know about the car before buying, and also after delivery proving he knows what he’s talking about. Also he seemed very honest, as although of course he wanted the sale he wasn’t in it to trick or screw me over. I told them to sell the car to me as I was ready to buy, and I felt like we negotiated reasonably including a trade in. (I probably coulda pushed for a bit more.)

I bought my Musso in January. Called in the morning and got two call backs from two salesmen in a hour. Went in, test drove negotiated and purchased in 2 hours. Alex Taylor had exceptional knowledge of the product and walked me through options clearly. Thanks Alex.7 months later me and the whole family love the car and cannot fault it. Recommend Ssangyong Werribee and Alex.

Excellent service!! Was able to ask for a quick turnaround as I needed to wait around locally (dealer is pretty far from home, but is the closest). Was offered a complimentary loaner car to drive around in while I waited. Phone call to say car was ready was earlier than expected. A++ would definitely recommend.

am writing to provide feedback on my recent purchase of a car from your dealership. While I am pleased with the vehicle itself, I am disappointed with the customer and sales experience that I had with your dealership.Firstly, I found the email response to my queries regarding the pickup of the car to be poor and slow. I had to send multiple emails before receiving a response, which caused unnecessary confusion for all..When I arrived to inspect the car, I was disappointedthat no one walked me over the car as required. This left me feeling unsupported and unsure about the condition of the vehicle.Additionally, I noticed that the car was missing a front driver's carpet mat that was visible in the previous emails and video. This was concerning as it felt like the dealership was not being transparent about the condition of the vehicle.Lastly, I have discovered that when making a hard left turn, the car grinds or rubs against something, which could be rear springs or shocks. I will need to arrange for a Ssangyoung dealer in the ACT to have a look at this issue, which is an inconvenience and added expense for me.Overall, while I am pleased with the vehicle itself, I am disappointed with the customer and sales experience that I received from your dealership. I hope that you will take this feedback on board and make improvements to your processes to ensure that othercustomers do not have similar experiences in the future.

Received great service when walking into the dealership, courtesy of one Fred Romero.Coming into the store not wanting to spend too much, with Fred's highly approachable demeanor and his honest sales techniques, him and I were able to reach a middle ground where I was able to purchase a quality car at more than I was initially intending on spending for the day - however under Fred's guidance and recommendations, I felt comfortable that I was making the right choice purchasing a higher quality vehicle, without feeling that I was being forced into making a purchase.Excellent service, and I would recommend others looking for an honest and guided sales experience tailored to the customer.
