Room enough for big rigs, some grain trucks but slept ok.

North Star Road Rest Area
Very ordinary but typical NSW rest area, smelly drop pit toilet and tap for washing hands (no drinking water available). No seating or picnic tables as the sign suggests. The area has some shade during the middle of the day that you can park beneath and a wheelie bin for rubbish. There is a tyre swing someone has hung on a tree in the bush nearby.

TOILETS LOCKED (possibly due to flood impact on septic) so self-contained overnighters only.Otherwise, spacious with plenty of shade

Large bituman area for a stopover. Check weather beforehand if intending to camp out on dirt at back very boggy. Toilets clean.

It's big. We were able to park over 100m away from the road. Still noise but hey it's a rest area not a camp ground. If you like my reviews, I am crossing Australia on the trek2reconnect follow us on socials. A fund-raising 6000km journey. We are stopping every 50km so there will be lots of reviews and I'll try to be clear about how they are

Toilets large tarred area maybe room for caravans behind trees

The smell where we were was rank from wet wheat which had come out of grain haulage trailers. The toilets had no running water.The area is large enough to be able to drive well away from the road.
