Kept me waiting for over 1/2 hour to C a lawyer only to be told they can't C me because conflict of interest. No apologies or anything. Extremely rude people working in there. I did have a appointment booked with another person.

I rang to take action for an unfair dismissal & they were busy in meetings, informing me that they would ring ME!.... when they got back to me 3 days later I was then also informed that I had missed the 21 day bracket ( cut off) by....3 days....??? Only to be then told that I definitely had a case...but was too late!! what tha???
