Nice little park. Small playground for kids. Has 1 BBQ. Plenty of shade. Nice place to stop for a picnic or walk the dog. Downside, the big black ants! No toilets.

Good for small group BBQ, quite picnic. Limited car park and playing equipment without fences around. River bank is high on the park side of river.We wanted to exercise active dog so area is too small.Nextdoor to winery and smooth concrete path continues to other side of bride where has little bush feel.

Maali Bridge Park
This is a hidden gem if you need a quiet place to walk your pooch. The occasional off lead dog but owners are mostly very responsible. One side of the park has a small play are (East side). I park on the west side and walk down. Most of the time we have the path to ourselves. It's also quite close to Sitella winery, so wander down if you're up there.

This is an absolute hidden gem and tick all boxes for a perfect family picnic. River to kayak, bridge to walk, barbeque to eat, and last but not least surrounding greenery free from hustle and bustle of the city. Loved it!

We had a family picnic by the riverside and it was both peaceful and picturesque. The highlight of our trip to the Valley this weekend. Looks like great biking on the path here, as well, though we didnt come with ours to explore.

A lovely spot on the edge of the river. There is a free BBQ, and some picnic tables. There are a couple of token pieces of playground equipment, but they won't hold the kids' attention for long.The park is along the Swan Valley heritage cycle path, and would make a perfect spot to stop for lunch.

Great location for picnic. Nice calm and quiet place beside the river. Has fixed table and chair, bbq, a bridge over the river if you plan a little walking.
