Customer service is disgusting, staff are arrogant and there is no recourse when they sell you their inferior items... I tried to return a DVD an hour after I bought it because it was FAULTY!!! Without even checking it, the response was a rude and patronising denial the DVD was faulty and a refusal to refund or replace it. Instead they told me it was faulty because of how I handled it and rolled their eyes while they wiped it saying that's all they could do for me? Went home with it and it was still faulty.. No use going back a 3rd time to be treated like that again. Ill never be returning there and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else bothering to go there either.

They advertised turning slides into digital format. Decided to try it out. I now have 67 years of memories digitized. Great service, great pricing. Would recommend to anyone. Awesome music store too. Thanks.

I’m so disappointed and angry. I went in store yesterday to ask whether Taylor Swift tickets would be available at the store today and was told categorically by the owner/manager that all Taylor Swift tix had to be purchased online. After my daughters and I spent literally the day from 10am to 6pm on a never ending online loop to no avail I see a Canberra Times article this evening showing two girls who had in fact bought tickets from the very same store today! Either something drastically changed over night or I was given misinformation. Either way if there had been any doubt I would have left my post for the 5 minute drive to my local shopping centre to see…

The manager is friendly, range is fair, and the star studded testimonials point to an owner on friendly terms with the recording artists themselves. Management donates generously to the local doggie care centre run by the RSPCA. CD's are returning to popularity they say and Songland Records is just the place to revive one's collection with a rare treat. Worthy experience as music streaming swallows up many of us.

Amazing range of CDs and DVDs. If they don't have it they will find it for you. Also very convenient for buying Ticket tickets, when, like me, you can't be bothered wrestling with the online system.
