The reviews weren't wrong. Extremely helpful and came up with various suggestions that saved me a couple more bucks. Scotty and Brendon are top blokes. I'm a new customer who popped in just to rotate the wheels and a minor repair but they still gave me the best advice and services regardless. Clean space, super quick. Good Cafe to hangout and wait.

A few days back I took my car in for 4 new tyres and had a wheel alignment performed as well. I had used JAX Artarmon on several prior occasions and had been generally happy with the service received. Sadly, this occasion would turn out to be a very disturbing experience. The car was returned to me with one of the wheels not properly secured to the vehicle as one of the wheel (lug) bolts was missing (German cars often used bolts instead of wheel nuts). I picked this up shortly after I arrived home, as I was driving to Canberra that day and was checking the car over before I left. I immediately went back to JAX Artarmon and sure enough the bolt was on the workshop floor where it had been dropped and rolled under something. The really disturbing thing is that the technician refitting the wheels was aware that not all the bolts had been installed and did not tell anyone. While I was in the waiting room, I had a clear view of the car while it was being worked on and I noticed two of the technicians searching around under the car, so it is likely they both knew that the car was being returned to the customer in a less than safe condition. It was fortunate that I checked, if it had been my wife or daughter, they would have had no idea. A second relatively minor issue is that one of the valves had not been replaced as required, it was still the original one from when the car was new. For this to happen at a business that specialises in automotive wheels and tyres is not acceptable and I hope this has been a wake-up call to management.

Had awesome service, called Saturday close to closing time and they were able to squeeze me in to have a light replaced. Friendly and quick service!

I’ve always brought my cars here and despite not having fancy cars they always are helpful and courteous. Today came in with. No reservation and a leaky tire. And they were able to assist me immediately. There is free coffee and wifi. What more can you ask for from a tyre installer. I will always come back here.

I have been going to JAX Artarmon for years. Scott the owner is always very knowledgeable and helpful and gets me sorted quickly. Comfortable waiting area and staff always courteous. Also helpful with any paperwork required.

Great experience getting new tires fitted last week. The speed, quality, and communication was 2nd to none. There is also a great coffee shop 2 mins walk up the road to enjoy a nice breakfast while waiting. Thanks again!
