Dymocks Hyde Park
Rang late yesterday afternoon for a cook book. Not in print any more. Offered to hold 4 books for me until the end of today. Went this morning and they were there behind the desk I was even offered a chair to sit on and look through to make my decision. Nadine extremely helpful through the whole process. An extremely happy customer.

Dymocks at Hyde Park is a lovely store that is well set out in the small space the store occupies.The atmosphere is almost magical she the lovely staff will point you in the direction of your next read.A quiet space to browse although the store is on a busy street.Remember if buying a gift to let staff know as they will give a 60 day return voucher to the store for the recipient.

Always very helpful staff at all Dymocks stores. Had to return a purchase today from this morning and Andrew at King William St was very professional and helpful with the refund. Also such a wonderful store to browse for your titles you maybe looking for and to find new ones.

Shout out to Nadine at Dymocks Hyde Park, she is the most amazing worker I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. She went out of her way to find a book for me, ordered it in and even dropped it at my house. She was extremely kind and helpful. I couldn’t thank her enough. Such a beautiful lady and her passion and dedication to her work is inspiring!!

Went over to get a book for my daughter. Was asked to pre-order it. Only to get the actual book a months later. Staff was patience enough to answer my queries tho. They also assisted to msg me once the book arrived. They told me tt there was a delay on the publisher's side of shipment.
