Laurie was lovely to deal with and took the stress away on hiring equipment. I hired a jumping castle, jukebox , screen, projector and lighting . It was so easy to organize - one phone call, and Laurie then kept in touch with me the week leading up to the party . His equipment is in great condition and his pricing is cheaper than the other companies I called . A real genuine person who provided great service today . True story - I was so stressed with organizing the party that I overpaid Laurie by 50 bucks in error . Lucky he double checked the cash whilst still in my driveway and returned the money to me . The guy who delivered the jukebox was fantastic, very helpful in explaining how to use it. However when we had issues with the jukebox during the night (feedback problems and one of the mics were not working properly) we called and spoke to Laurie and received terrible customer service - we were told he’d never heard of the problem before and that it was working when they dropped it off. We had to call him twice before we got the machine working somewhat properly - but we still had issues for most of the night. We used this company a few years ago when it was under different management and had a great experience - we won’t be using them again.

The juke box was great all the music was up to date , Laurie and the team did the kebab catering for us, they were so delicious! Definitely book them again in the future
