Bionizer

I’ve had a Bioniser pool system for over 25 years and would recommend to anyone who is getting or upgrading their current pool system. Pool shops will tell you they are so much trouble salt and other system are way better and the reason for this is they only you only have to buy chlorine from them. If you follow your manual I guarantee you will have crystal clear water and the chemicals will also be balanced. I’ve had chlorine and salt water pools in the past and they require quite a bit of work with chemicals etc. I’ve had great service and help also from the folks at Bioniser.

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT ! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ADVICE !Purchased a house with a 35,000 L Saltwater Chlorinated Swimming Pool. I have never owned a pool previously.Decided to look for healthier alternatives to Chlorine and the corrosion salt causes, wasn't a fan of using acid to clean my salt cell. I did plenty of research and landed on Bionzier. I ordered a Bionzier, Eco-Oxidizer and PH Boss. A box arrived from QLD two days later. Well packaged with well written instructions, the blue book helped me as a newbie to pools. I did a self-install which honestly is so straight forward, just take your time and follow it step by step, some of the best written instructions I've seen. I re did the pool plumbing in the shed myself to accommodate the system which was only minor and set the start-up ions into my skimmer box.Within the week, My pool chlorine had burned off and I'm now enjoying a chlorine free pool. No more burning eyes and that chlorine smell after getting out of the pool. My maintenance has dropped especially as we go into summer. The water is so good and clear birds now stop by for a drink !One thing I like the most is the system balances the pH automatically, I can control how many hours and how many separate cycles the system runs throughout the day. I still get my pool water tested but really only need to monitor my Alkalinity by adding Bi Carb soda every other week,a very inexpensive chemical in comparison to salt and chlorine.I have found the Bionzer support to be excellent and they support their product very well post sale. I've had to add a little Hydrogen Peroxide every now and then to control any cloudiness that might creep in. We have a very densely landscaped pool area so this just supplements the Bionizer and again so much better than Chlorine. I honestly can’t fault the Bionzier product, I would highly recommend the Bionzer product !

We had a Bionizer System on our pool in Bali and now have one on our pool on the Sunshine Coast. The kids love it and can swim all day with eyes open underwater without any irritation. Getting out of the pool there is no need for a shower to rinse off chlorine or other chemicals, its virtually like getting straight out of the shower. Absolutely everybody comments positively about the water clarity and quality in out pool. The pH Boss means when I go away working the pool virtually looks after itself. I highly recommend.

We first bought a Bionizer at the start of 2019 to try it and recently also bought the Eco Oxidizer to take our commitment to the next level because we were so happy with our purchase. We were astounded at how little maintenance our pool has needed since we added these quality products to the upkeep of our pool. The initial outlay has already paid for itself in full quite easily since.Visitors even comment on how clean they feel in our pool and they love that there is no chlorine smell on their body or hair. Skin conditions like my eczema are not aggravated and my wife who has MS now feels confident to exercise daily and feel safe about spending all that time in the pool due to the health benefits of using our Bionizer. The pool always looks good and I have attached pictures for you to see for yourselves.On a personal level the staff at this company are a pleasure to deal with, very caring and compassionate to their customers needs and give excellent service as they are very passionate about health and their products. If you are thinking of investing in these products then you will be very glad you did.

Order was sent promptly and was as advertised; a great kit for measuring copper levels in pool and spa. Too much copper and a blue black discolouration can occur at the water level on the pool or spa wall. An easy to use kit makes it easy to keep the amount of copper at the desired level.Such purchases are rarely followed up so it was encouraging to get the call for this one. It shows initiative and concern to make sure that customers are happy with their purchases.I will certainly check their website when next needing supplies.

My husband & I purchased a property in Eumundi with an existing saltwater chlorinated pool. After quite a few problems we decided to change to the Bionizer system. We must admit, being new pool owners and elderly, we found everything rather confusing at first but finally contacted Bionizer who responded quickly with sound, professional advice. We were advised to change from a carbon filter to a sand filter which they organised at a very reasonable price.We now have a beautiful pool that is a pleasure to own and we love the huge reduction in maintenance time and cost. The water feels wonderful and lovely to not have the smell of chlorine and chemicals.We would thoroughly recommend changing to a Bionizer pool or to anyone installing a new system.

I've had my bionizer unit for approximately 10 years The unit requires minimal assistance from me, no more than adding a little Chlorine high summer And remembering to fill up the auto acid container. In the 10 years I've had the unit I only had one slight technical issue which was promptly fixed by Bionizer at Maroochydore without fuss. I would not hesitate 100% to recommend this unit it's like swimming in fresh river water and my hair thank you
