Had them come out to look at 2 panel doors and the service person just sprayed the hell out of my tracks that the wheels won’t turn they just slid when he was superpose to look at the springs and fix a emergency cord left the house and failed to answer my calls and return my calls took $300 to just spray something and reprogram key fobs that I could do myself wouldn’t recommend these people if there the only people around left at allI found it impossible to speak with the girl at reception as she is rude and dismissive and couldn’t just simply book in for a worker to reattend to fix what they didn’t do to start and couldn’t even book it in for the day of my call or the next day . Now just waiting on them to call for a rebooking and wouldn’t give a refund at all cause the service person came out lol what a jokeI’ll see what the ACCC will make of this

Booked a service call for my garage door. Technician arrived and spent 10 minutes and told me the motor was dead and needed replacing at a cost at $580. I was charged $120 for his 10 minute visit.After he left I decided to have a better look at the unit and found the motor had some gunk on it, I cleaned it myself and the door now works perfectly. I'm disappointed the so called expert" wasn't able to check this out on the service call. I've asked for a refund of the call out fee but the company has ignored my request and failed to call me back.Poor customer service equals never using the company in the future and letting others know."

A worker arrived at my house without my knowledge (getting the address wrong) and saw some other tradies in my garage so decided to start playing around with the garage door. Didn’t ask to speak with the owner to confirm. I come outside and ask what he is doing and he realises he’s at the wrong address. He then leaves and I noticed two huge scratches on the ceiling gyprock, and the garage door doesn’t close properly and it’s extremely loud.I have found it impossible to speak with the girl on reception as she is rude and dismissive and couldn’t just simply book in for a worker to reattend to fix what they created. Never received a call back and still haven’t had the issue fixed.I asked to speak with a manager and he’s always ‘in a meeting’. Horrific customer service considering I never even asked for someone to touch my garage door.Absolutely pathetic and disgusting service.

A tech came to our house and started working on the garage door before even confirming they were at the right house. They were meant to be next door and had already damaged the garage door and the wall before they just left and went next door. The customer service trying to resolve this issue was really poor and caused much more stress than had already occurred due to the initial damage.

They removed my roller door to install a motor and have dropped and damaged my garage roller door and also cut a hole into it with an angle grinder by accident. They have denied that they did it and have been saying it was already damaged. It's been a few days now and I'm still fighting with them to take responsibility and replace the damaged roller door.Stay away from these guys if you care about your home.
