I personally had a fantastic experience with Bentley Homes, good quality finish and great attention to detail. Their customer service team did a great job. Their supervisor Ross Mendola was top class, very meticulous. Certainly wouldn't think twice to build with them or recommending them to others.

If I could give this company 0 star review I would. I built a home with them over 10 months ago and still have outstanding defects and defects that they can't even give me a reply on. I had a meeting with Beti the manager and Ash the CEO of Bentley homes to address our issues and ash said he would get back to me with answers to all of my issues and still have had not one call or message from him, really tells you how he runs his business let alone how he would get his staff to manage stuff below him. I have attempted to call Beti and email warranties all the time and just get strung along with we are having a meeting this week". Absolutely terrible customer service. Please read my review before even thinking about building them. Contact me through Google and I'll send you all our faults and pictures."

Worst builder, hence the liquidation today. Our build started close to 2 years ago and still incomplete with outstanding and defective workmanship. Hope the liquidator and VMIA can help us through this process.

My partner and I are currently building with Bentley Homes and we have had a fantastic experience with the whole team. From Anna in sales helping us choose the perfect home, to Chloe helping us with all of our colour selections and Madelyne helping us every step of the way. Their customer service has been incredible, any email is responded to within the hour, Madelyne has assisted greatly with any requests or questions we have had. I would highly recommend to anyone to build with Bentley Homes, they truly make it a stress free and smooth process. Their attention to detail and making sure everything is done perfectly has been great, if we ever build another home I would have no doubt in choosing Bentley to build again!

We built with Bentley Homes last year and found the guys all so helpful, willing to always be available to take calls and respond to emails promptly. They built a great home, and the experience was fantastic from initial meeting until they handed the house over to us. 0 Stars !!!!Our first build and what a regretful experience.a shame we were sucked into this business, thinking that from our initial phone consultations and display walk throughs that we would have a great build. Wernt we so wrong.From signing our contract we have had nothing but issue after issue and nothing from our maintenance report fixed. Waited months after having a meeting with Ash the owner we thought maybe we would get somewhere after that.Boy were we wrong!-Dodgy build-rough build-sloppy as build-careless build-build took more then 9 months-painted our black niche! Instead of supplying a black niche and now it's all peeled-chemical overspray on our bricks-grout infil missing- floor splitting-wrong front door supplied and still waiting to have it installed-leaking taps- worst of all was they put an aircon in our house that is not the right size for our house! They also gave us something we did not ask for -refrigeration cooling but they gave us add on cooling part cooling system! Which is something they can not do without us asking for it!It's worse then evap!DO NOT BUILD WITH BENTLY HOMES!Almost a year later and we are told-sorry someone will get back to you-they are in a meeting- we will call you back-someone will be out soonIt's becoming a joke.Still to this day we call almost daily email daily and still nothing.Once they have their money they DO NOT CARE.Picture is our niche that they installed silver when we had asked for black! Instead of fixing and replacing they painted it! A week later it's peeled off and STILL waiting 15 months later.All those posting 5 stars are not people who have built with Bentley they are friends of the owner or people who work there.Don't be fooled! We are still waiting for items to be fixed...

Recently attended the new Smith's Lane estate in Clyde north & was greeted by a welcoming, knowledgeable and transparent sales consultant, giving us all the information we both required regarding their processes and promos available!The displays had a great quality finish and great attention to detail. My partner and I immediately felt at home walking through the stunning displays!

Bentley Homes will never be your dream home, Definitely will be given less than one star if I can, With the stress, unfinished job, and money from my own pocket, Let me say my investment house built by Bentley Homes was the only house built by them and of sure will be the last to deal with them, Bentley homes building houses like cooking boiled egg ( rough build, Carless build, dirty floors, dirty garage concrete, Faulty Issues, and poor warranty communication ) poor delivery homes and I mean it, Firstly: Insulation was not covered on all the walls behind the Plaster ( I told Ross of the South Morang office ) He promised to add up more insulation before putting the Plasters, THE NEXT DAY I WENT BACK AFTER LUNCH TO LOOK AT THE HOUSE AND WAS ALREADY COVERED BY PLASTER, A plumbing issue is another dodgy Issue (One-time Bathroom was flooded) The second time ( Broken Pipes Under the Ground 1.5 Meter ) I have to pay from my own pocket to Get a Report from the Plumber and to fix it ( Because the house was rented by someone living there without any water and bathroom Facilities) Bentley Homes rejected after 7 days to respond. THERE IS NOTHING CALLED WARRANTY UNDER BENTLEY HOMES EVEN IF YOU SIGN FOR THAT) +With that above builder: You can hear the same Scenario every time you call ; +Maintenance Manager is in a meeting or he is in S.E sites( Morning/Afternoon) or he is driving. +Very Poor Communication to respond to emails or messages/phones I have to hire Privet inspection after every stage,( Inspector found a lot of issues that need to get attention), You Feel like the Builder is using unskilled or people do not have enough experience to do the job My File is currently in process with the legal department to look at, I will never write a such review unless if I did not have a bad experience with that Builder, unfortunately, the House you dream about will never be a dream house ( Writing the above review like that will be under the oath, all bad experience to let others about my bad experiences with these guys)

I am currently in the process of building my first home with Bentley Homes, and I could not be more impressed with their service so far. Throughout the process of building the house, I was continuously guided by such caring and knowledgeable people every step of the way. In particular, I loved the fact that they recommend what to get and what not to get in order to keep to my budget, while finding ways to make my home feel and look exceptional despite the restrictions. I'd especially like to recognise David (the sales consultant), Madelyne (customer service administrator) and Chloe (interior designer)!

Overall my experience with Bentley Homes has been very positive. The team there are great at communicating and were very responsive to emails. Frequent updates were given on the build process and questions were readily addressed. Build quality was also great and the overall finish of the house is amazing. Will definitely come back to build with Bentley Homes!
