We had an old listing that needed to be updated, but the person who was our contact has left the business. Anne helped me and was incredibly helpful, explained in detail and asked how my day was going. So nice to talk to a person rather than a robot and efficiently get the posting updated!

Trying to call White pages to remove my mothers name,she is now deceased. Contact Service Provider and hangs up. Called Telstra phone is disconnected,whitepages need to remove name. No response from Whitpages.

Unfortunately there's not much use for the good old White Pages anymore as everyone (or so it seems), has a personal mobile phone instead of a home phone. Making home phones almost obsolete. So if you know someone with a home number, the White Pages is great, unless ofcourse they have a private or silent number, and in that case it won't be listed. Good luck
