Great company

Falsely accused us of stealing a product that was actually part of a purchase agreement, then called the police on us.  Thankfully the Police saw this for the mistake it was.  We followed up with a complaint to the MD (Dean Kretchmer - yes the same guy who gave his own company a 5 star Google review!)) and management team who 'investigated' by speaking only to the person who made the accusation and called the police in (Simon Marinis), not any of his other staff, who would very quickly have confirmed our position.  To date, and after follow up from us, we have not received the apology we requested or even acknowledgement of any wrong doing on their behalf and have only been met with a strong retort from the Dean that this is his company and he will not be told what to do.  A simple and sincere apology would have gone a long way.
