Dymocks Rouse Hill

I haven't been to store for 15years it's still a great place to purchase the books to read the range is immense covering so many subjects I was able to update my membership card great helpful staff worth checking out.

I went in with a list of books for grandchildren of various ages. Staff were very helpful in locating books plus a few more. Worth travelling the extra distance involved for me to buy books here.

Great selection of books. Didn't have the one i was after, but looked up on computer and advised me that it was out of print and unavailable. Pleasant staff...very helpful and obliging.

Always kind and friendly service. I was so excited to meet my favourite author MJ Raco and purchased the third book in the Realm Travellers trilogy.

Great selection of classics in stock.Was served by tayla who was sooo lovely and knowledgeable.

Awful customer service. Was served by Erin who was rude, she looked offended when I interrupted her conversation amongst the other staff. It really seemed like she hated working there. I really like coming into dymocks however after the service i recieved today i wont be coming into the rouse hill store

Get a great range of books with kind, friendly service and the priceless experience of browsing in person and talking with live humans. With the reduction of bookshops over the years, it's heartening to know Dymocks Rouse Hill has been a mainstay in the complex through most if not all of its life. This is the kind of bookshop that knows it's not simply a place to sell books but a community hub for book lovers.The range is pretty amazing for the size of the shop, and you won't get such a good range anywhere in the Hills District. And if it's not there they can order it for you, simple as that.The presence of Dymocks Rouse Hill extends beyond its shop location too - whenever there's an author event in the Hills District, chances are you'll have someone from Dymocks Rouse Hill selling copies of the new book being launched. It's really good to have local businesses being involved this way, and thanks to their presence I was alerted to their existence in Rouse Hill and now I've visited the place.We lost a lot with covid, but spend a few visits to this place and get to know some of the great staff, enjoy a few book convos, and even if you're new this place is for you, people are here to help and interact with you about the best book for that birthday or Christmas present, or what novels you should read if you're into cozy mysteries.
