In just a month I feel so much better from my mindset to my strength and overall health. Everyone is so welcoming and for the first time in a long time I look forward to getting up early and training. The trainers are always there for a push, correction of form, and are all just full of energy and motivation every single day. I absolutely love the ALT community and I’m so glad I have it a go! Cannot recommend airlocker Newcastle enough ! I was sceptical when I first went to join but I’m so glad I made the switch, I was made to feel so welcomed form day one and the training is unreal ! My body has changed so much in the 8 months I have been there it is insane ! I am in the best strongest shape of my life ! Belles approach to training has helped me achieve so much and pushed me further then I thought I could go ! Love love love
