There timings are 8:00 to 17:00 I was there at 08:05 and waited till 09:00 still no one was there, respect people time.

I have to get regular bloods done and this clinic is my one of choice. The weekday nurse is really good. No bruises and I never feel the needle. Yes she's busy - but that's not her fault - there is one nurse doing all of the work and no receptionist in the tiniest of offices. Avoid peak times and its in and out.

Decrepit tattooed lady said to my face that it was open on good Friday, gave her the benefit of the doubt and too my surprise its closed.There is a larger lady that also works here, she clearly doesn't want to do her job. Somehow misses my visible vein and proceeds to tell me to go to other centre. So I guess admitting they aren't fit for the job? If you know you know.

I have had mixed experience, so rating 3 star. General weekdays, nurse is experienced and efficient.One Saturday morning, it took them 2 hours to take fasting blood test patient with waiting number 5. Moreover, they don't prioritise for fasting blood test. They have got quite a lot of improvement in this area. Not sure, if it is that particular nurse or.

Very unprofessional. Had a blood test done there and when the results came back they had an “Additional Comment” that said the results couldn’t be trusted because sample was not handled properly and the place is NOT a “Laverty Collection Centre”. Recommended I do a “re-collection”. Great way to increase revenue but I won’t be going back.

I went in during the week and was seen to immediately. The phlebotomist was direct and efficient, yet very kind and gentle. Everything was neat, clean and orderly. Genuinely can't fault the experience.

Apparently closes at 12.30 on Saturdays. I went there at 11.20, but they had already left for the weekend! Unprofessional
