Caring nurses, lovely little country hospital

Went to have my ribs checked as I may have broken them. Waited almost three hours with no one telling me what was going on. When I said my ribs were getting very painful sitting in those plastic chairs and that I would just go home and persevere with ice packs they said the triage nurse will see me before I go. After waiting a further half hour and no nurse in sight I walked out. I totally understand they get busy and I know if a person comes in worse off than me they will naturally be seen first, it’s just very frustrating having absolutely no communication with the nurses or doctors to let uYou know what is going on. The entire health field are great at what they do however, it’s the lack of communication that is extremely poor.

I was In the hospital for a day, I was shaken awake by one of the nurses, I do have a witness as my fiancee was sitting beside me, I had to ask him what she was asking me as I was still in shock, I also have epilepsy a sudden shock like this causes me to fit, I did!!! She also was shaking the other two elderly women, if the families see this I was in 8 on the 11/3/20. Also the nurses didn't check the information about my medication, only when I told them that I had missed a dose of my anti epilepsy meds did they even check, I had to discharge myself, I don't give anyone permission to put hands on me.
