We ordered a couple of meals the other evening valued at $81 and am appalled by the quality of some of the food. The lettuce in the side salad was covered in black slime. For such an overpriced place you would think they should check the quality of their food items before dishing it out to people. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and glad I saw it before eating it as I could have gotten seriously sick. Serving food to people is not a joke. There should be regular quality control as you could seriously cause people to become sick. So disgusted. Last time I will be supporting this business.

Terrible customer service, Short fat islander lady who was the boss" had an unnecessary attitude. The food is terrible

Disappointed! Haven't been here for a while has had a name change but also had a value for money change. Grabbed some Grilled fish that came with side of salad & chips & certainly wasn't worth the money. It was more like a serve of chips with a side of salad & fish. 1 of our meals we asked for seafood salad & that was an added on cost the quantity of the serve wasn't worth the extra $3.50. Calamri was ordinary tasting i don't mind paying if its worth the money but certainly wasn't. Won't be returning thats for sure

I love the seafood here and I’ve started to come almost 2-3 times a week here for the past month and recommend and taken friends and family to this place, however yesterday and last week the tall dark hair older bloke was very disrespectful to me and yesterday was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when he served me and my friend. He kept telling us to hurry up and order which we won’t even taking long on and also there was no Other customers in line, he continued to be disrespectful while making our food and I told him that it’s your job and I almost started a scene in there. Unfortunately, after yesterdays customer service it will be my last time coming here.

A good seafood place for the locals! With lots of choices from calamari rings to battered fish, there's a lot to enjoy here. While the food can be quite pricey, it's pretty much what you'd expect for seafood.My favourite has to be the prawn skewers :)There's also Sashimi, Tetsuya's oyster sauce and Pepe saya butter along with interesting items, so it's a good place to source certain items.

Bought prawns which tasted oldAfter writing this review received a message from the owner who put me in touch with Daniel, the manager. Daniel offered to look after me next time I'm in the shop which was a pleasant outcome. Rating changed from 2 to 4 based on this experience.

So disappointed use to come here every fortnight for great quality fish and chips but wow what a let down chips have changed! no feta in the soggy salad burnt potato scallops,And the worst of all bones in my kids burnt fish cocktails,Honestly this was our safe place to eat not anymore definitely gone down hill.

We visited the place by a chance. Surprisingly, great food at reasonable price. Even though it is too far to drive, I will be back to taste more fish. I can't wait to come back

Ahhh yes!!! Got my fill of Oysters.I don't live here but I'm glad I was recommended to shop here.. also got the fisherman's basket for 2... and it did not disappointment, staff were really knowledgeable about the products I asked about hope to come back for some Kina!!!! Thanks Team
