Came here for an evening meal and the menu had changed from the last time I was here on business, there are only a few items I would of tried and decided on a pork dish with some fancy items with it. Well that’s not what arrived on the plate, my pork dish came all cut up into chunks like I needed that done!! It’s like they didn’t know how cooked it was and the jus turned into a soup. The mash was a microwaved purée which after sitting in the soup/jus disappeared. I was very disappointed in the quality. I would not recommend this place and would highly recommend you take a walk next door into hanumans at the Hilton. Breakfast wasn’t much better with raw hash browns and overcooked bacon. There really wasn’t a nice thing to say about this restaurant. The old chefs were somewhat better.

Outdated and boring wine list. Food is overpriced for what and where it is. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Buffet breakfast was very goodHowever if you are a guest and want to order room service be mindfulIf you have no allergies you will be fineIf you are ceoliac disease then do not eat from anything on the menuFor a Crowne Casino restaurant not to help anyone for this disease was very disappointingMy partner always stresses as there is so little options eating out and for a big establishment not to help is disappointingThe hots fries are all cooked in the same deep fryer so you won’t be able to have chips with your mealIt felt like an effort to try and teach them why we need the food gluten free as this isn’t a lifestyle but a health conditionThe had no idea on if any of the sauces would be safe and could not substitute the fries for something else.They didn’t have gluten free buns to make a burger only sandwich bread. If you know how big a gluten free bread is then you would know it’s cheaper to run to the shops and make your own ham and cheese sandwich insteadIn the end we couldn’t risk ordering and went elsewhereI hope in future that if anyone works in the restaurant then they should be taught why it is important to know about allergies requirements for anyone eatingYou get the 2 star because the breakfast and coffee was great but the rest of the service …..

Had breakfast and dinner here. Food and service were excellent. The cauliflower soup was amazing. The duck and the salmon were both outstanding. The decor is very nice. I'm a big fan of tablecloths, and Tali has them. If you prefer outdoor seating, you get seated in a nicely designed courtyard with a rock garden. You're not looking at a parking lot or a a street with traffic. If you're not a guest of the hotel but are just coming here to eat, there's plenty of free parking. So far, this has been my best dining experience in Australia.

WARNING WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE WARNING WARNINGWell what can I say.I don't think we have ever had a worse dining experience ever.We came for my father's 50th birthday. Meant to be an exciting night out and meal.Well did it take a turn. Arrived 7pm for our booking didn't get our meals till 9pm after numerous issues.It took 15minutes to get someone's attention for water. Then an extra 10-15 for menus.After one round of water we tried getting attention to get more water and order entrees... Well that didn't work so we went up and grabbed water ourself. 10-15 later we had someone come.with water and when I asked for some she then goes oh you guys haven't been served let me go get someone then didn't pour me water and went off for another 10 or so minutes.We'll skip the time frame to main meals... 1hour and a half later every dish comes out cold. And I mean every meal but one Because they forgot about that one...So we sent the meals.back and spoke to the manager on which he assured us 13minutes. Well they did that. Except the chips were undercooked. Steak wasn't cooked properly (medium/raw instead of medium well...) I don't eat cowsAfter two more attempts at my steak I gave it back. 2 hours in hungry and no longer interested.I would strongly recommend you go to Macca's or hungry jacks. KFC. You'll get better service and food.The costs were phenomenal for the most lackluster experienceDo not come here I repeat do not come here.

Came here for my birthday dinner, there were 4 of us dining. The reviews made me nervous, but the menu sounded nice so we decided to try anyway. The food was delicious, everything was cooked perfectly. I got the duck and it fell off the bone, my husband and mum got the two vegetarian options and loved them, and my dad's steak was cooked perfectly. The sides were great, especially the camembert salad. We also tried the tasting platter which was fun to try some unique Australian flavours. I will be bringing all my friends here who are wanting a more elevated dining experience in Alice.

Interesting to see so many conflicting reviews for this place. Tonight we had a great experience with 9 of us including children. Staff were attentive and made sure the kids were looked after. All the meals were very nice. Steaks were cooked well. All delivered in a timely manner and very tasty. The place was perhaps 85% full and there did not seem to be any issue with meals delivered on time. So I'm not sure if others negative experiences were due to stay shortage? Anyway all good from our point of view.

This rating is for Qwen the chef, as he is so awesome, welcoming and out going. The breakfast buffet was lovely. My husband and I are local Aboriginals and it makes us so proud to see an Aboriginal chef. Great food Owen. Palya!!!

Had a fantastic meal to celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommend the Australian tasting platter. I had the twice cooked duck which was delicious. Th finish off, I had the chocolate gnashe tart with raspberry sorbet.10/10 for the meal, and 10/10 for the service we received from our waiter (who was from Paris).
