I had Overland 4WD put a lifted suspension kit in my Prado Kakadu using Dobinson front struts and shocks all round with Airbag man airbags in the rear. I live in Brisbane suburbs but went to them for good reason. They had done several Kakadu’s before so I was confident that they can do this difficult job. Most other places would not touch the Kakadu due to possible difficulties with the one in a hundred install going wrong. Well as it turned out mine was the one in a hundred that went terrible wrong. The rear drivers side just kept dropping down and no matter what they tried it would not correct itself. After 16 hours of work they finally got the suspension to work. My hat goes off to them as I have herd horror stories of Kakadu’s spending weeks with people trying to level them when this happens. Their experience, patience and sheer determination paid off. They eventually found the solution that worked. Even though they spent an extra 8 hours over what was quoted I was only charged an extra 2. I can live with that knowing how hard they worked to resolve the issue that was beyond their control. If you have a Kakadu, I think you would be out of luck. I don’t expect they will ever touch another one after mine.I can only give high praise for their efforts and quality of work. Well worth getting Overland 4WD to work on your beloved 4WD.

Very poor customer service, I would never go there again..Further to my experience, to my one year old 4WD the Airbags I had fitted one side kept leaking, so when I had it checked out at regular service, the airlines had been secured by cable ties and one of them was rubbing on the rear universal seal which has cut through the rubber. This end up costing me over $250 to replace, but at least it all works properly now.

Not happy at all Steve can't even come and face what's wrong after hubby went in with pics and after going back yesterday and then ringing again yesterday leaves poor wife to deal with something she knows nothing about today. Holes in floor of my car that should have had bungs in them but they put silicon into which has fallen out. All to put on a set of brush bars and new side steps and 1900 later you don't even care you ripped off pensioners and cost them more money to get fixed properly! Will not recommend you to anyone neither will the place we are taking to now and they told us this is where they would send people but no more.

Called two days ago to enquire on a snorkel for my 200 series. Harry was great to deal with over the phone. Called me back with a price and was able to book me in within two days. I was even offered a loan car for the day so they could take their time working on the car. The service was great and the workmanship, more so. I will return for anything else I need done in the future. Well done guys. Great work.

Walked in needing some help to remove a Hammer lock pin towing Hitch,as i only have one hand i could not do it myself.Spoke to old mate for help to remove as needing a pin drift to remove not only did he remove pins for me he said no charge ,legends thank you so much Wazza

Overland 4x4 charged me $180 to remove battery terminal lead so it would reset the computer which was hung up and the car immobiliser preventing starting the car.Too expensive? Just saying…

Unbelievable service from Jono and the team at overland 4wd. Supplied and fitted a bullbar, winch and recovery points - I received an earlier fitment date than quoted (bar came in early), fitment occurred in under the time quoted and they took the time to explain everything. Faultless experience and a nice reminder that excellent customer service still exists. Highly recommended.
