If you are after deep tissue remedial massage this is not your place. Not recommended for sports massage either to relieve muscle tension for better training. I don’t feel much different before and after massage.During session, therapist attended the reception four times but didn’t add those interruptions to the total time and finished session few minutes earlier than even without counting interruptions.No symmetry of the massage taking spine as the axis. Some parts left side had more some parts right side had less treatment which is not good.With same level of service quality, you can find many other massage saloons with lesser price.

I had a really sore lower back for several years a friend suggested I go to Palms healthcare and cannot believe the differance. It was painful but the relief and movement I now have was well and truely worth it. Cannot believe what a big differance it has made. Thank you so much.

The guy definitely knows what he’s doing, I had tight muscles of neck and shoulders due to stress and felt much better by the end.Never felt so relaxed during a massage,The only issue was that he left twice during the massage, once to answer the phone and a second time to talk to a different client, I understand that maybe he was the best to tend to those issues but maybe getting a receptionist would be beneficial

Fantastic massage. I have struggled with back pain for last few weeks and after just one massage and acupuncture I feel great. All process was explained to me, also why it hurts and which mussels are responsible. I’ve been asked many questions before the session. After- instructed with exercises that will help and stretch the mussels and it all works. Very experienced and knowledgeable masseur. Recommend to everyone. I will definitely come back again.

Decided to try this on a friend's recommendation. Worst massage of my life. Told the masseur to concentrate on neck and shoulder which has been very stiff and tight for a while at least 5 times and even said I was opened to acupuncture if deemed necessary... Request ignored.. she was pressing on areas which I didn't even know muscles existed which was soo uncomfortable and painful. Utter waste of time and money.. worst still.. went away with aches.. please save your self the money and time and avoid this place

Had a great massage yesterday from a gentlemen. He identified the problems I was having with my lower back and spent a lot of time working on it. He explained why I was getting the pain and how to avoid it. Will definitely be going back. Thanks

This guy knows what he is doing! I've had knee pain for some time now. He knew exactly which muscles to target. I thought I had torn my meniscus, but it seems the pain was referred from other places. So impressed!

It's a weird little centre, but massage palms was very professional. They didn't speak much English but gave a great massage. I would definitely go again.

I suffered terribly with a frozen shoulder. Thanks to the staff at Palms they helped ease the pain and gave me back more movement through massage and acupuncture until eventually my shoulder returned to full working order.
