The Osteopathic Clinic Altona

I started doing the fitness classes at the Osteopathic Clinic and they have been the best thing I’ve ever done. Small class sizes, different activities and circuits each time and an expert team who support and encourage you. The best thing is knowing you are doing each exercise safely and efficiently, with sometimes just a minor adjustment needed - with one of the team being onto it straight away. I love that it’s a family run business too - there is a real sense of community in the clinic and in the classes, everyone is so friendly and supportive of each other. The Hilditch family are a joy to be around, and those they’ve brought onto the team are just as dedicated their craft and making sure each and every client is well looked after.The only thing I regret is moving out of the neighbourhood and no longer being local to this fanatic clinic!

Having tried many Osteos, Chiros and Physios over the years I've long ago settled on osteopathy as the best balance, and I've been treated by numerous practitioners. John is an Osteopath who goes much further than anyone I've known to make it his priority to not only treat immediate issues but to thoroughly prepare his clients to treat themselves and develop their overall physical well being. I've never seen a large Osteo treatment room that's 80% exercise, strength development and stretching equipment, and 20% treatment table. It's remarkable and so is John

The most elite, innovative & knowledgeable clinic i’ve ever been to!The staff are incredibly educated, friendly & the best by far but not limited to in the osteopathy & myotherapy fields.They also offer training classes & running assessments/programs which is wonderfully progressive in my opinion.My favourite family - run business & one i’m happy to recommend time and time again!Thank you to the staff at The Osteopathic Clinic Altona for taking care of my family & I!

David Hilditch is a fantastic myotherapist. I've tried multiple different physical therapists and have chosen him as my preferred. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for a number of years and have found them very efficient and a wonderful atmosphere. David is a great Myotherapist who I see fortnightly and Jake who I see the other fortnight. I have a lot of joint and soft tissue issues and between the two of them, they keep me as pain free as possible. My autistic son has seen Dave and sees Jake regularly. They are wonderful with him and even though he is considered high functioning, if you loose his trust, he won't go back. He reminds me to book him in to see Jake. Highly recommended.

So happy I found this clinic!Lj & the team are incredible at what they do.I’ve had multiple treatments by Lj for injury, postpartum pain & migraines and each appointment I’m listened to, thoroughly explained my assessment and adjustments as well as great tips on maintaining my body moving forward.I also took my 5 month old in to be assessed & treated by Natalie. She created such a gentle, safe, baby friendly experience for us both, I couldn’t recommend this clinic more.

Such a fantastic family run clinic. I have been coming to the clinic for about 6 years now, and used to even drive all the way from Elwood, they are that good!I've seen several of the osteos and they are all amazing. I've also seen the myotherapist Dave, and he is also incredible.They all have helped me recover from injuries, and maintain movement in my active body. Not to mention they are all so friendly and passionate about helping people. I highly recommend!

John Hilditch is brilliant! Had significant neck pain and limited movement and just didn’t know what to do. John could tell straight away what was contributing to the issue, was extremely thorough in his assessment and treatment and set practical “homework” to assist. My neck pain has gone, I have movement again and practical exercises to continue with that really work to reduce this happening again. Highly highly recommend! Thank you John!
