Excellent service every time :)

Most businesses welcome new business and like to take care of new customers.What I found with Consolidated leisure and sport was the total opposite of this.After initially having some technical difficulties registering an account, I then phoned the contract number and talked to Paul.Over the next week or so, I learner that Paul was not responding to my emails and was genuinely disinterested in me as a customer,Even to the point where I received no further correspondence after the lodgement of an order and subsequent request for a payment method.The level of customer service I encountered was nothing short of deplorable.In my ten years as I retailer I have dealt with many businesses around Australia and around the world.Very occasionally I have had poor customer service experiencesPaul and Consolidated Leisure and sport have shown me a whole new level in appaling standards.

I strong urge you not to buy products from this company.They were severely late on delivery. I forgave this as I thought with lockdown it may be tough to deliver.But the table tennis table we ordered was poor quality. The ball doesn’t bounce high enough to actually play table tennis. Our standard dining room table has a better bounce.This company was also very dismissive when I raised the issue with them.

Building is in poor condition, manager was condescending.
