I've been buying cars for 40 years. Mercedes, BMW etc. This was a new Highlander Hyundai Santa Fa for a family member. There are no words that sufficiently compliment Darren Morgan in Fleet Sales. His professionalism and sincere desire to deliver exceptional customer service set a standard that we've never experienced. His no bulls#it, straight up approach can be almost disarming.....OMG an honest and fair car sales professional. Zupps are extremely lucky to have someone of his caliber within their business. If you're buying for business - head straight to Darren.

Don’t waste your time coming here. The indoor showroom only had three cars on display with the void of empty space making the showroom look abandoned. When the salesperson went to show us the Tucson which was parked around the side near the service area. The car was locked so the salesperson said they would get the key from the office. We were kept waiting outside for 5+ minutes. We looked for the salesperson to find them chatting with another worker in the office. It was clear the salesperson did not want to bother showing us the car so we just left. Go to Metro Hyundai instead.

Mohamed Ahmed gave us the most amazing service. Buying a new car is very stressful but he made it easy for us to make a decision. He was approachable, friendly and professional. Thanks so much Mohamed.

With the reference no. A851146 booked on 01/02/23 at 7 am, my partner, took my Hyundai ix35 for a free repair of a factory fault (FREE recall). Upon her arrival, Emily, the admin lady, advised her that this reference does not belong to this car (I accidentally entered my other car's rego). So without checking the VIN number in the system, she asked my partner if she wanted to service the car. As my partner does not speak English very well, she said she wasn't sure and she needed to contact me to double check. But Emily told her it is not required and she is happy to book a car service for her!!! She then handed a blue carbon paper to my partner to sign which had no cost details or anything. So my partner thought this is related to the free recall and signed the paper.Later she was asked to pay $359 for the service which made her shocked and devastated. They refused to accept any explanation and despite me calling Emily, she refused to talk to me either as I was very upset over the phone.Later my partner called me while crying because of too much stress and told me that the car does not turn on and servicemen are asking to replace the battery and pay another $280. I got very frustrated and advised her not to trust these cons and ask them to only jump start the battery. When she asked them to do so, they told her that they found a loose cable and the battery was fine now!!! (N. B. battery is working as usual since then)Interestingly, I also found that they fixed the issue for the recall. It means they were fully aware that this car was booked for a recall!!Another interesting point is that, although there was no history of my car in their service centre and there was a sticker on the front screen showing there is still 5000km remained for the next service, still Emily suggested for a car service. What if it was serviced just last week somewhere else?? How come when the servicemen found that the car is registered for a recall, they still continued to service the car without any request and with no previous history? Then I called the service manager, Brian and he offered a free service next time if I would remove my 1 star review in Google maps. However, as I talked to my partner and found that Emily asked her to sign a paper with no cost details before servicing the car and she didn't allow her to contact me, I changed my mind and did not accept the offer. I was not happy to have my car serviced for free at their service centre and I requested for a full refund.Brian asked me to email but despite my email sent more than two weeks ago and calling him 3 times so far, he keeps ignoring me and my email/calls.I am now taking this to Office of Fair Trading as Hyundai Australia was not helping me much either. Please do not trust this centre and their staff. Take your car to other reps.

Still getting around new building renovations but the Hyundai section is working well with the other (many) brand service centers on the same site. Glenn looked after me in service as he does for both my Hyundai vehicles. The loan car was amazing!

I've always had a great experience at Hyundai Aspley Service since 2018, until 2021 when my Tucson needed a warranty replacement part it took a whole year and alot of back and forth bookings that I'd turn up to only to find out they didn't have the correct parts or hadn't booked enough time etc which was hard for me as I was pregnant and travelling from southside however totally understand these things happen nonetheless finally got it sorted a week and a half before I was due to give birth and I went to collect my car only to find that the mechanics had forgotten to clip the whole covers over my fuses when I asked the service advisor if he could please get this put back on he told me I could do it myself it's easy to clip back on and made me feel stupid for asking for help given I had no idea what I was doing, nor was it my job plus I was 40 weeks pregnant and couldn't bend over if my life depended on it... he got quite stroppy with me and eventually he couldn't get the part back on himself and had to drive the car out back for the mechanics to do. Since then I haven't felt confident in bringing the car in myself and have had my husband bring the car as I have felt abit let down with how I was treated with the whole process and after that days dealing it upset me but I've always loved Vicki and every other dealing I've had with other staff members there. Recently I brought my tucson in for its service myself and did deal with other staff however I would like to thank Brian very much for restoring my confidence and treating me with respect and explaining everything about the service in detail without making me feel silly for asking questions no matter how silly they may have been he was so patient, understanding, respectful and honest I can't speak highly enough of him. I would love to pass this on to higher management because he was truly amazing and he has made me want to come back again. Brian I hope this reaches you - thank you so much. And to everyone who has had a mediocre experience try again because there are some very lovely people at this service centre that you won't find anywhere else.

I can highly recommend Luke Phegan if you are looking at buying a car. I was left no option after a car accident, and he was extremely helpful. He was open about all aspects of the 2 cars I looked at, and was able to answer all my questions and give his advice and experience. He made the whole experience simple, straight forward and enjoyable. Thanks, Sarah

Called the Hyundai centre 5 months ago to fix my head unit under warranty. Went there to get the information collected and the unit ordered. after 4 months, I have been told the guy who I was dealing with left and the unit was not ordered.I explained that I was selling my car so I needed it fixed in the following month. Unit ordered by management and I have been contacted a week ago to book the appointment which I did for today explaining that I was short in time. I have been told that it would take 1.5 hour so appointment made for 7:20am first thing. When dropping my car I explained that I would need to leave by 9am and asked to be told if not possible. When asking at 8:40am if we were close to be done with the job, I have been given my car back and the guys didn't work on it.I will give my car away next Monday so I can't book it until then for work reasons, which upseted the service manager who tried to blame me for the job of ordering the unit for nothing (what a joke...)As a result, I will lose money on my car sale because after 5 months, Hyundai was not able to change my head unit under warranty.Oh and, I am currently on the phone waiting to talk to someone since 45min....Very poor service

So so happy with my experience at Zupps Aspley.Godfrey took care of us front start to finish. We knew what we wanted so that helped a lot.We got a fabulous deal, finance was a simple process and we even got 12 months registration without asking! The service centre is great and they have a decent waiting area and free WiFi.It’s a short walk to the homemaker centre if you want to do some shopping.
