Dont bother, took my money, called several times to advise items not picked up and days later, seven boxes still sitting in my hall way. Find a reputable company to send your items dont use these muppets

I purchased an bike from Leitner in Melbourne to be delivered by Transdirect as they could do its faster. As it was an expensive item, I paid extra for insurance. When it arrived, one end of the box was damaged and when I started the process of an insurance claim, I saw a signed receipt of the parcel was done by the driver, I assume, as I did not sign for it. On unpacking, it was obvious that the rear wheel steel rim was badly bent. Clearly it had been hit by a forklift or vehicle. The wide rim would not have bent by dropping it or putting a heavy parcel on it. I submitted a claim and it was denied due to inadequate packing. It was packed well for normal delivery mishaps. Had it been packed in timber, I believe the impact would have still damaged the wheel. I believe they have sold me an inadequate insurance policy.I would not recommend them for anything remotely valuable and the insurance they sell is worthless.

I'm very disappointed you have partnered with Aramex Courier service. Since you pride yourself and advertise that you used the fastest Courier services in Australia. I have used your service many times (not with Aramex) and have been very happy. So trusted your services. This time I have totally lost faith see below.Also Have you read Aramex google reviews. Definitely not a trusted Courier service. After the first no show" I was only made aware of disappointing 1 star rating.My current experience . I booked 3 parcels to be collected on Thursday. These were not collected. Excuse was that they "weren't available " I'm a business I'm open from 8am -5pm.Friday they weren't collected as apparently they weren't on the collection list.Rebooked for Monday. Not collectedTuesday. Not collectedApparently you can't escalate it as the Courier service has until 5pm to collect. But as soon as 5pm rolls around ... yet another "no show"Is this going to go on for week's?. When is it going to be escalated. Very poor service as normally these would have been delivered by now. I have unhappy customers who now won't receive their deliveries until after Easter.And you say if I want to cancel the pickup I might be charged??? I should be charging you for my wasted time."

As one trying to get a small fledgling business of the ground, Transdirect has really good rates AND most often the carrier option has insurance as well, fantastic and have every delivery reach it's destination in good time and condition. The only downside is when booking pick-ups, the pick-up rarely happens on the day the booking was made for, so if you are a working from homer like myself and you need to go out or aren't there the parcel is needing to be left out which of course then can be interfered with. But it's a great service and continue to use Transdirect. Thank you, Albi. All About Mobility

UNAUTHORISED $$$$ TAKEN WITHOUT PERMISSION Paid approx $30 for 8 kg box to be delivered within 3-5Days. It got there 11 days after sent (and only because I put in complaint I’d say),8 days after it arrived and was unpacked they have now deducted an additional $36 from my credit card-this is UNCONSCIONABLE-they have no grounds for this. They claim I paid for approx 23kg and it was just over approx 25kg-I can’t lift over 10kg. According to their computations approximately $ 30=23kg (it was only 8kg) and $66.90=25kg so an extra $36.90 for 2kg.This company used to be great- it’s now dreadful

Do not use this company. Don’t give them your bank details. They will make unauthorised transactions & Re-bookings. And charge for it. Even after you have cancelled. I hope I can summons those phone recordings…

Absolute rubbish! We are a smallBusiness and tried using these guys for 12 months.Towards the end, Maxine at transdirect would make up fictitious bills and automatically charge us, to the point we had our bank intervene and pull the money back from them. They want to clip the ticket, but don’t want to give any customer service, and when issues arise with the couriers, you’ll have to deal with the courier yourself, with zero support from transdirect.

I am in SA and waiting for warranty repairs to be conducted. The package was collected on 9 June in Brisbane and 2 weeks later has still not arrived at the SA delivery address. I am advised that it has successfully arrived in Perth, which is of no assistance to me. As with other Google reviews, the level of incompetence is just unacceptable but I'm sure I will be provided the generic apology, so that should make everything okay.

Item arrived a few days late, but it arrived safely although I found the guitar sitting out front. I didn't have any notice it had finally arrived. Glad nobody with light fingers saw it sitting there..
