I have natural black hair and came here to get a blonde hidden colour/peekaboo hair. I was very happy with the result ❤ Today I came in a second time to touch up my roots, and I plan to continue coming here. The staff are very friendly and know what they're doing. The pricing is also reasonable. I can see why they have so many regular customers ☺️

I went here with my cousin and it was our first time. We both had long hair and we knew our hair were difficult to style . Kate did my hair and Ryan did my cousin’s hair. We loved both of them and I was extremely happy with the service I got from Kate. I would highly recommend this place over and over again. Also the price was reasonable.

My girlfriend got a trim here today and she loves it. The lady was so polite and asked a lot of questions to make sure my girlfriend got the exact cut she wanted. I've never seen a hairdresser be so attentive. We would love to come back but we are only visitors here. Also the price was great compared to other places.

We are from Mackay on holiday in Brisbane and were wandering through the area and I happened to ask if there was a chance for a full head of foils. I was greeted by Kate and she managed to fit me in less than 1 hour later.Kate was amazing! Welcoming, personable, fun and on top of that produced the best colour I have ever had. Kate asked many questions about my hair history (many colours), treatments, etc and what I wanted yo achieve from this appointment.Kate’s attention to detail and efforts in application were amazing.It was a very tough job not only because of the colour bands my last appointment was 5-6 months earlier so the regrowth was lengthy.Kate was able to not only perfectly achieve the colour I wanted but conduct colour corrections across the bands of previous colours. The outcome was so much more than I had hoped for.I highly recommend Kate!Good job mate (hehe).

Bad experience. I came to cut my hair and i show her 6 short hair pictures. But when she finish i looks like come from 2000. So i ask her to fix it but she said she cannot. It make me cry. Her manager said i looks same with my picture and said I'm not a model That's why i looks bad. After i said I'll pay. the manager turn around my chair and push chair let me go outside.70 dollar for bad dayseriously, Am i look good?

My designer Nora is really good at dealing with Asian men’s hairstyles. I trust her completely and always felt satisfied after getting my hair cut. Remember to book a time before you walk in. Sometimes it is a bit busy.

I came in today with the booking on the name Shion. When I came before I got a my haircut done by a hairdresser from Hungary. I forgot her name but she was amazing. Today I got my haircut from a different women. It is horrible !!! I’m sorry but it’s so uneven. The back of my hair has no transition it seems like she just left the back part of my hair long even tho I asked her to make my hair shorter cause it’s too long. I left the hair salon because I don’t even want her to fix it. It took her almost 45 minutes such a long time as well for a mens haircut. I’m honestly very unhappy cause it looks like I wanna go for a mullet look. The sites are uneven. I wish they would inform us beforehand if someone has no experience or less experience so we could choose to do it or not. Good experience before but THIS is definitely a NO for me !!!! And please don’t answer on my review that it looks fine like on the other bad reviews because it doesn’t!!!!!!!
