Would not recommend getting your nails removed here. Long waiting time. They ripped each of my SNS nails off, using an acrylic nail to pry them off. Very painful and has damaged my nails a lot.

I don't go anywhere else for getting beautiful toes. I seem to get the same girl and she is very sweet. The owner usually helps me down from the foot spa and is very caring. I find the leg and foot massage.very relaxing - also the massage chair. A lot for the price I say.

This was my first time going to QL Nails and I am very impressed. The service was great, helpful advice offered as to what was best for my nails and they were gentle. Little finer details such as making sure there was no glue stuck under the tips, ensuring the shape was well filed and other things were appreciated. Thank you very much.

Terrible....rude, loud shouting across clients, certainly not relaxing at all. Nails cut too short (one started bleeding) and have a sore right foot from where the person doing my feet over shaved the rough skin! Guy at the desk.....watching videos turned up loud the laughing and shouting to the staff. $50 I won't be giving them again!!!!

Awful experience. The lady became annoyed and rough when I asked for certain areas to be filed more and then they increased my price for getting long nails (not even .5cm over my finger)Will never recommend this place to friends and family

Apart from the long wait (bookings recommended, but still there can be a wait), the staff are lovely, efficient, and cheerful. Lots of colour options with different methods (shellac, SNS, etc).

Horrible. I have been getting SNS nail done for years with no issues till I went here. My fingers burned where they reattached new nail to replace a few broken ones. Also a week later I now have a number of infected fingers from ingrown nail. They refused to admitted it was their fault. Wild Horse couldn't drag me back to this place. The owner is a horrible man, you have to wait a long time even with an appointment plus you have 3 or 4 diffrent people doing your nails. I only gave 1 star as you can give half a star.
