Satish and Olivia, the two compounding pharmacists were amazing. They were able to offer service above and beyond what anyone could hope for. Satish was patient answering my many questions, was transparent about their processes, and was able to deliver our complex scripts for vitamin supplements with the best price, greatest of care and expediency. Thoroughly professional, excellent service, product and price. Very impressed and very grateful. Thank you Mayfield Compounding Pharmacy.

I come into your store last week and had the best experience with your beautiful beauty adviser Donna. She knew exactly what I needed and gave me so much information on how to apply my makeup. I really struggle with confidence and she made me feel a million dollars in the 10 minutes I was there. I can't say enough about how amazing she was. I'll definitely be back.

Not doing flu shots for over 65s. Apparently too much trouble for a staff member to do the online course! Many older people live in Mayfield. I think it is disgraceful. Luckily Chemist Warehouse is planning to do them.

It is a very friendly place but was very disappointed that I couldn't put the stuff I got on the account. What is the point of having a account if you can only put scripts on it but nothing else and I pay my account I feel I have been penalties for it that is the way I feel.

The staff here are wonderful, always brighten my day, and give me sound advice.

Agree with the previous review about the guy having his mask down. I went there today, a guy was doing the same thing, why wear it if you’re going to have it on your chin?! I had been to another chemist where the woman told me my script was out of date. She said it was only valid for 12 months and had written OOD on it. I queried the 12 months, as the script was only 7 months old, she said oh right yeah it’s not out of date but we don’t have any in stock so you will have to go elsewhere. Went to Priceline and submitted the script. Stood there waiting for almost half an hour until that guy asked what I was waiting for, he then rudely told me it was out of date. I was in the middle of asking questions to try and find out the correct information and explaining what had happened at the previous chemist when he rudely and arrogantly walked away when I was mid sentence. Extremely rude service from this guy. Not a way to treat people especially when I’ve obviously been given the run around on my script and the length of its validity. Why was I left wasting my time waiting for that long when I should have been told straight away when I lodged my script!

first and last time here - the fat chick in the white coat needs to learn some basic sales courtesy - lazy, back biting behind my back (I turned around and caught her running me down to another staff member - toxic for business) and presumptuous assuming that I knew where the respective counters were located in just a few seconds after walking in the door - staff acting like this are a curse on business

Donna at Priceline Mayfield did my daughter's make up for her Year 12 formal. She was so wonderful! She knew exactly what colours and techniques would work and explained what she was doing. A very professional, genuine service from Donna. Our daughter looked beautiful, the makeup lasted all afternoon and night. She received so many compliments.We will always seek out Donna for special occasion makeup and skin care/beauty advice. Can't recommend Donna enough . 5 stars aren't enough!
