I recently visited the Rockhampton store for some outdoor tiles for around my pool area. I was approached and served by Alison who was very clued up on her product knowledge and extremely helpful. I might also mention that she dropped some samples out to my home after hours on a Saturday afternoon going above and beyond. We were very impressed and appreciated everything that Alison has done for us. We are still negotiating prices and confirming our selection but at this stage after receiving this service we wouldn't hesitate recommending Alison to family and friends. If it fits our budget we will definitely be ordering in the near future. Congratulations to management, you have a wonderful staff member. Alison is a credit to you.

Definitely go and see Alison for any floor related questions! Alison brought our vision to life with a tiled feature wall in our pool area just based off a brief description on what we were hoping to achieve. She really went above and beyond and we are over the moon with the outcome. Went to a few places in town for my new flooring but these guys were the best by far. The range was extensive and the staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
