This business took a client for an adventure flight which crashed and subsequently killed a father in front his daughter as a direct result of an inexperienced young pilot making an incorrect decision during high winds that he shouldn’t have been flying in anyway. ATSB report relayed this in great detail. Despite this, the Company offered no comfort or condolences to the family involved and the pilot responsible fled over seas.Upon multiple reviews being left on Facebook, they msged me and asked me to remove mine by lying to me and saying they were not the ones responsible. When I pointed out the ABN was the same and the business was in fact the same, they removed reviews from Facebook.Shonky and unsafe, would not recommend.
