Great Ocean Pools

Bruce and his team at Great Ocean Pools built us a fantastic concrete pool with raised spa and fully tiled. We also got them to do all the landscaping based on a full backyard design by Dave Bennet from Gardens and Pools by design.Project turned out at a very high quality end product and it has completely changed our outdoor living completely...In addition they did our pool shed and Limetree Alfresco did our outdoor kitchen. Outdoor audio was done by Mr Home theatre.Bruce Wynstanley was a pleasure to deal with and is always there to answer our calls and builds a pool that will last!Great Ocean Pools are very busy and are a LOW VOLUME POOL BUILDER who doesn't advertise for business.Dave Bennet is a fantastic landscape architect who designed us exactly what we wanted and work's well with Great Ocean Pools... thankyou John and Charmaine Brighton East .

Pretty dismal, we waited for over an hour and a half for Bruce to turn up and there was no apology when he did. When the guys were digging out the ground I had to remind them that our grandchildren were there and if they could watch their language. We could still hear their language from the lounge and there were cigarette butts lying around all over the place.All in all it took three weeks longer than planned and very little communication from Bruce. We generally feel that we've been treated with contempt and treated as a really unimportant client. Really poor.
