Love coming to Albany Eco House. Such a great variety of environmentally friendly products for those who want to reduce their impact on the environment. Everything from toothbrushes to laundry powder and soaps. Well worth coming in and having a look. One of my favourite shops in Albany to visit and recommend to people.

Jess, Tess, Daz & the team are simply the best. Their customer service and knowledge of the eco world (and all things Esse) is second to none. If it isn’t available locally, they’ll know where to get it from. You can buy online or in store so meets everyone’s needs.They also are a collection point for so many different types of recycling it truly is your one stop shop! Love your work, thank you & keep it up guys!

Highly recommend Echo House, friendly service, they actually went out of their way to get our fire delivered to our door for free!! Best price in the WA, lots of options and very helpful. 100% would buy from again that’s for sure.

I purchased my Pacific Energy Neo 2.50 fire from Eco House in Albany. I was given very good advice from them before the sale and have been extremely satisfied with this product. I can heat my entire home with minimal use of wood and all I have to do in the morning is put a log or two on and away it goes again. The wide damper is perfect for adjusting the rate of burn and the design aspect of the secondary burn is excellent. The spring loaded device that opens the small hole to brush ash into the tray does not hold but for me that is a small defect because the hole isn’t really big enough to be effective. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this fire. I can also cook on it if I do desire

Such an ✨AMAZING✨ store. There are a great range of eco-friendly products here. I was able to buy small samples first to see if products would suit my needs. I found some great laundry detergent, softener and stain remover than work well with my sensitive skin & the environment! I am also sensitive with smells and some very fragrant products give me a headache but the ones I was able to get smell nice without being overpowering! There are lots of products to look at! They even have the products online too.The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It just brightens my day every time I go in there. It’s rare to see such positive customer service these days - thank you!!

What a lovely find! This place isn't just for wood fire places, it has everything you could want and need to get your home Eco friendly. From washing liquids to bamboo tooth brushes! The staff are lovely and helpful too, I'll be going back really soon to get myself some reusable produce bags and a bunch more things I'd been looking for to help me reduce our household footprint.
