Absoloutly outstanding service from these guys. I have used them to completely redo my house twice with different keys for different doors and a master key option.Affordable. Polite. Quick. Couldn't be happier. If there are bad reviews here I can only assume there was some unforeseen accident behind the view of the customer of they ate possibly fake from a competitor. I have used them twice as I was so happy the first time and they did not let me down the 2nd time with a repeat excellent performance.

Met apprentice Connor this morning who cut and coded my key so quickly he had to wait for me to finish my cuppa. My spare key works perfectly. Obviously a great teacher there. Go far young man and thank you all.

the service stops when you walk out the door -- bought two new garage door remotes -- paid $140 for the two ---live within 2 kms of the business -- tried many times to program them -- when I rang and asked if the next time they were out on a job to drop by --- the message from the boss came back -- it would cost $80-$100 to call in and do a five minute job--NOW BEEN THEIR TWICE -- THE FIRST AND THE LAST --- remember -- I am the customer that NEVER CAME BACK and will lots about the lousy customer service.

These guys are genuinely a joke. Pricing is ludicrous, service without a smile. Paid the guys to come out from Traralgon and they even with the travel time they undercut you by half, and they are actually decent guys.
