We have been using Jason for over 6 months now. He restored and repaired a very neglected old pool and brought it back to life. After consulting with several companies, he was the only one prepared to try and restore it rather than just replace everything.We find Jason to be honest and reliable and a pleasure to work with. He will always find time to fit us in, even on the weekends.He communicates with us about what he is doing and is so patient.We could not recommend Jason and this company more highly.

The plan for my pool renovation was liner replacement, ladder, pool blanket and roller, LED lights and electric heat pump and coping. However, after removing the liner, the pool wall was rusty and also needed replacing. There were a few complications along the way that Jason overcame and I reckon any other pool company would have given up by now. Experienced, professional, good explanations and communication along the way and well priced. Also ended up getting Jason to replace the salt chlorinator and pool vacuum. I love being able to swim in my pool again and now it’s heated, I get much more use out of it.

Started off good but now we have paid for the job in full plus for some filters, we cannot get Jason or anyone to return our calls. Our pool sits idle in pieces until either Jason completes the Job he has been paid for or I find someone to finish the job and hand this over to lawyers to recover the money we have paid.

As we live in regional Victoria we were unable to locate a local pool installer to construct our new pool. On canvassing Melbourne I contacted Jason at Plenty Pool & Spas, who agreed to travel to construct the pool. A number of other companies refused to travel outside Melbourne. Despite a few initial communication issues Jason and his team were able to complete the job in a few days. We are very pleased with the result.

so Jason came to my rescue as I was unable to install this pool myself..its a second hand pool that he didn't blink at helping me with at all..also did this work over the busiest period summer in around 3 days he had my family swimming..not only has he installed our pool but also added a heat pump which we already love..but best of all he answers your questions returns phone calls and provides help asap..very happy to give 5 stars to Jason and his company
