They have only 1 consultant on staff and she is never ever available on Thursdays !!! Cancelled meeting for like 5 or 6 time now !!! All they have done is apologised but NO solutions !!!! Not sure what the %^*( is going on in that office)Update : Left negative feedback on their site and head office got back very quickly. Spoke to the CEO himself who said he would sure my experience would not be repeated. Follow call from another head office staff who told me what they were going to do to address my issues and said would keep in regular communication. Head office very efficient and effective - I think local offices do have a staffing and communication problem
