Richard was a delight to deal with. He gave honest and impartial advice and the quote presented good value. He turned up on time and gave the quote on the spot, and was happy to vary it when we requested a slight change the next week. The workers turned up right on time, had the job done in quickly and were very professional and pleasant. Overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend Austral Insulation.

Henry gave great technical support and promptly provided a quote for some ceiling batts. Richard and Blake were fantastic. They installed my ceiling batts in a pretty confined roof space in the upstairs area of my home without any fuss. Have no hesitation in recommending this company

Henry gave good, practical advice by telephone, along with a very economical quote relative to others in the industry for 3 x Edmonds Windmaster Whirlybirds. Austral Insulation had the right colour in stock and neatly installed within a few days of telephone order. The installers left the warranties and an invoice for easy payment by EFT or credit card thereafter. Per other reviews here, would definitely recommend.
