I was quoted incorrectly for delivery and was told it would be more expensive at the last minute. I booked a 5 tonne digger and again last minute they told me I could only get a 3 tonne. The digger was delivered broken and when I called and told them they initially tried to blame me. Just completely unprofessional and incompetent.

Our storage business, Storage Town Gladstone, needed a scissor lift at short notice to complete some high level works safely. Flexihire Gladstone had one sent straight down as we had no option to pick it up. The whole process was seamless and I would definitely use them again.

A pleasure to deal with. Very professional with reasonable rates. I arranged everything whislt I was overseas and all went very well. Was able to extend a hire on a 5.5t excavator hire for a few days with no issues.
