Incompetent would best describe my experience with the Service Department. The Service Manager was arrogant and lacked accountability. Will be dealing elsewhere in the future.

These guys have a great range of products, even for our super old mower. It's handy knowing we don't have to wait for things to be ordered in!

Farm Moto LismoreI've owned a TORO zero turn for the last 6 years, i loved it from the word go , repaired it when need be and got all my parts from Farm Moto.. in the beginning generally they had all what i needed in stock ( for an astronomic price i should add), then for some reason i had to order the parts 2-3 weeks delay at most which i picked up as soon as i got their txt.Once i ordered a small part ($30.00) which took them nearly 3 months to get which in the mean time i fixed myself as i could not wait. As you know the grass grows quick in summerLately i've had a few spindle problems, ordered the first one no problem, when it came to the second one they told it would take 4 weeks from Melbourne and rudely asked me for 50% deposit non refundable. As a long time customer i felt very offended and told them to get lost. I then ordered my part in Ballina ( no deposit and i had it 2 weeks later).When you go to Farm Moto there is Matt the really nice and helpful guy and then there are 2 managers hiding behind their computer as unfriendly as they are bold (shiny stuff).We live in a small community and i've heard horror stories about them servicing the polaris or quoting astronomic amounts for repairs they farm out as they are not capable enough. ( i can refer you if you need to know more on these subjects)I am so upset with this mob that i changed brand and bought a Kubota regretfully selling my Toro.The best advice i can give you is..... don't deal with them , go to Casino or Ballina instead, don;t say i didn't warn you

Very poor performers when it comes to doing what they said they would do. Bought a new ride-on from them two years ago, was told that the first service was free. $477 dollars later, they've lost a customer. Get it in writing, or go elsewhere.

I took my absolute lemon of a toro timemaster to be looked at after being in the shed for about 6 yrs.I advised one of the staff that I didn't wish to spend more than $300 on resurrecting it as I'd rather put money toward a new mower.A few hours later I received a call stating that the mechanic had a look and diagnosed a blown head gasket And the cost of repairs would be $450 I reluctantly agreed to go ahead and have repairs done. Almost a month later I recieved a txt saying that your mower is ready.After announcing I was there to pick up mower I was handed an account with the total owing $840 I flat out refused to pay that absurd amount reminding the manager Lewis that he had told me repairs would be 450 I told him he'd need to review that amount and get back to me. So they managed to reduce 270 from labour from the total mind you the parts total was $65 and labour $780 So my advice is pretty obvious unless you get a written quote DO NOT deal with them.
