Lachlan and Karina run a fantastic gym that focus' on technique before weight, data driven improvements and peer support. As man who has had many back injuries, I haven't once had my back give out as Lachlan has coached me through correct technique every time - even with a full class of 20. I've PB'd at least twice a week, every week, since I've joined. I feel stronger through all of muscular chains than every in my life. The multitude of well timed classes throughout the day also makes sure you never have an excuse not to turn up!

As a result of his diligence, intelligence, and patience in preparing my rehab and training plans, I am now doing things I never could before.The variance in the workouts means no 2 days are the same in the week - there is variety on top of movements to challenge you. Tavis provides intelligence in programming - ensuring that you are best placed to achieve optimal growth and adaptability in strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness for your level, your targets, and what you want to get out of it.Beyond all the fitness and workout stuff though, the community here is THE BEST!!!
