Greatly appreciate the detective work of Russell Bewsell to provide an easy workaround for the otherwise very challenging Dragon Naturally Speaking bug related to touchscreens and editing hotkeys. Thank you so much for sharing that with the rest of us!

Julea from their 'customer service' is literally the most rude person I've ever dealt with, on three separate occasions. Errors in her email, and my polite verbal feedback on their irrational methods of delivering their educational licence product are apparently because I'm wrong! POSTSCRIPT: I contacted Nuance before posting the review and got no response, once I posted this review they contacted me to discuss. Pity they didn't phone earlier. They have specifically asked me to delete my belief (in an earlier version of this review) that they are the only provider of the educational licence in Australia. Apparently they are not the only provider, you can also go to places like Voicex. I wish I had realised this before purchasing a second Dragon licence from them. I also hope they send feedback to Nuance about the time, monetary and environmental cost of their current educational licence rather than berating their customers about it.

I received my Dragon Speaking and Bluetooth headset by 10am the next day. I was pleasantly surprised by that! Also, I needed help setting up the mic and they we very helpful and friendly. Thanks Julea.
