We've used TGRE for holiday bookings for several years now. Always pleasant to deal with. Sam always helpful. properties we've stayed at have been great and well priced and they were reasonably responsive when little issues came up.

Disgusting property. So dirty and dusty hadnt been cleaned in a long time. smelt like mould. Had ants and not dusted. Was freezing with one little heater which did not heat the whole place. the tv cords all dangling everywhere and over filled the extension board which was a huge hazard. unsafe for children as well as the heater.After 1 person showers the hot water runs out. Told real estate but they were rude and inconsiderate. Said they would send a plumbed that never happened. Would never recommend this company ever to anyone. Dont deserve peoples money. They even had half a toilet roll of paper that was all they provided. No bath mat no nothing. Also said they supply blankets but was thin as anything. Lucky brought extra blankets. Rubbish property and rubbish people

Nothing but lip service from them.Dirty house & fridge and TV's broken. All our food spoil. Were promised a fridge to be delivered & an iron. Never happened. Gate broken.Rats under the house and cockroaches everywhere. They blame the owner of 15 Iluka st for all of this so why have an agent?We will get a refund but as long as we leave 5 days early so they can repair for next person. Our refund will not be given straight away as is in a trust so we have to wait for a few days to get a cheque and a few more days for it to clear.Our holiday is ruined. We were offered another property and they wanted $300 extra. The second house still had poo in the toilet.We have spent the whole week allowing contractors to do quotes etc.NOT HAPPY. Unprofessional.We have a contract and Fair Trading has told us to take action against the agent.

Covid restrictions prevented me from travelling to an AirBnB house administered by Tea Gardens Real Estate today (24 June). I imagined that I'd done my dough, or would get a credit at best, but I was offered a refund and it appeared immediately. And beyond that, the bloke I talked to seemed very pleasant. So many thanks TGRE and I will actively try to send my business your way in the future.

Total disappointment with Tea Gardens Real Estate, this was the third time we had booked a holiday home with this Agent, first two times no problems. We booked a home that we had previously stayed in with no issues. How time changes attitudes and home conditions. We had issues with simple things like no TV reception, broken iron, broken gate which made the yard unsafe for allowing the dogs to have a run in the yard, no fly screens, fridge that froze our food. We were promised daily that these issues would be fixed never happened. Even got to the point that we found alternative accommodation for the last three days of our holiday and it was time for me to get over a operation was totally stuffed up by mismanagement and no follow up. House was dirty, children's toys and bikes laying around. Gardens were a mess. The owner should have a long look at the management of his house.

Friendly staff. Perfect place to book holiday accommodation through. They are responsive, helpful and now have online check-ins too. Never had any hassles over last 5 or so years and we always come back to them.

We have been using TGRE for many years for our holiday rentals. Our experiences have always been fabulous. Easy to book, the staff are so friendly helpful. I hope covid doesn't take another casualty.

Tea gardens real estate has an easy booking system online. The staff were very helpful & friendly when I came to pick up the keys. Telephone service was ok but I was told twice that someone would call me back from the rentals team & the calls weren't returned. The property we rented was great, clean, comfortable, spacious, as advertised. We thought it was good value & enjoyed our stay. Thank you
