It's the customer service and attitude to go beyond that is impressive about Byron at Bridgestone. He initially told me to wait as price specials were coming in a month (he was happy to wait for my business). Later, there was a sensor damage while changing tyres which he owned upto and had to jump through multiple hoops with car maker to provide the right part and replace it at Cost to him. It took miltiple visits and he was always helpful. Rare to see these days. Excellent service and attitude!

Needed new tyres for my Mazda had two set's of bridgestone prior so decided to stick with them.Rang around and had good advice from the salesperson at the Bridgestone Dandenong store on the tyres best suited for my needs also the best price.Highly recommend if you need new tyres or repairs.

Beware of these cheaters at Dandenong Bridgestone select. They booked my car for an schedule wheel rotation. I took a half day off work, drove fast to get there in time but these cheaters took my car in spay shine all four tyres, smiled and returned, saying its done, have a nice day. I found out this cheating this morning when got a tyre flat and inspected thoroughly. The torque seal, I applied on wheel nuts, was as it is, means nuts were not even removed. I had a mushroom in Front RH tyre and a gouge in Front LH alloy wheel which were still at the same location. So, Customers are requested to mark their wheels and tyres before schedule rotation and inspect every single job like older parts if really replaced. Disgusting..Dishonest..

2021: This place is awesome. They overnighted tyres from Queensland for me and fitted them straight away. And they were still cheaper than anywhere else.The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I'm extremely happy with the tyres and the service here. I highly recommend this Bridgestone store.2022: Had to add to this review. Went for a second time to get my front tyres replaced and an alignment. Yet again they didn't disappoint. Fantastic friendly service, they did a great job and the alignment was on point. Will definitely be back here for all my Skyline tyres and any other car I own. The Bridgestone RE003 Potenzas never disappoint. They offer great wet and dry performance which is important to me with two young children. Also it's an awesome track tyre. Definitely worth the money.The staff are awesome and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and they are definitely perfectionists, ensuring they get the alignment just right before handing the car back. Highly recommended Bridgestone Dandenong.
