What a fabulous resort" style caravan park. It has everything a family could want

*Beware* that water is not potable so if this is an issue, reconsider your booking. Only notified about this in reception and was inconvenienced. Stayed in Forrest cabin and it was dirty and very outdated. The location is stunning. The cafe/restaurant/kids club/staff all good. They need to refurbish these cabins.

It was an exceptional stay for a weekend getaway with my family, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived late night, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that lasted throughout our entire stay.One of the standout features of this beach resort is the wide array of activities available for children(even over the weekend). My kid had an absolute blast exploring the kids' activities at the kids club. Whether it was engaging in arts and crafts, joining in on beach games like sand castle championship, my child was thoroughly entertained and never wanted to leave!The cleanliness of the resort was truly impressive. Every nook and cranny seemed to be looked after, which contributed to an overall sense of tranquility and relaxation. The resort's amenities left us wanting for nothing. The beachfront location was breath-taking. My kid spend hours building sandcastles and strolling along the shore.The staff members were not only attentive and efficient but also genuinely friendly and approachable. Every request was met with a smile, and they were always ready to offer assistance.We cannot wait to return for another memorable stay in the near future!

We stayed here in our camper van for 3 nights, and would have stayed longer if it wasn't fully booked. Great place to relax, but also lots to do if you enjoy being active. Beach, nature walks, fishing.... Awesome staff too. A hidden gem just 10 minutes off the highway.

First the good stuffLocation amazingWe had a beach cabin...clean and well equipped generallyAmazing locationNative wildlife entertaining us. Roos, ducks and a variety of birdsStaff...wonderfulRestaurant very good for service and foodNow the negatives.....Beds are old and hard...new ones are needed as sleep was neigh impossible.There was no milk in cabin....and when we went to reception they went looking but couldn't find any, but never mind there was a milk delivery on Wednesday.! But this was Monday!We also went up for some sugar that was not in cabin and guess what....no sugar either!Management should look at side railings on verandah steps as a safety issue and definitely on the pool entrance which is dangerous for older folk. From an OHS perspective this is imperative.In spite of these small issues ..(except for beds ) we had an amazing stay and will return.

Very beautiful and calm place. Wish they had more kids entertainment options like some of other parks. Nevertheless, one of the best.

Fantastic park and facilities. We have stayed two years running. Forest villas are close to the pool and quieter. The ocean villas provide great views to the water but you are more exposed to the elements and more people walking past.The pool complex is well set up and the Cafe and bar is very popular.Definitely a great spot for a family holiday.

An absolutely magic holiday spot! The cafe and bar at the pool are a really convenient and have a great selection. The toilet/shower blocks are regularly cleaned. The parks grounds, path and roadways are well maintained. The activities at the kids club are great and they also had additional inflatable games to play on certain days. Our family and friends always have a great holiday here and we'll keep on coming back.

Dissatisfied to say the least,no hot water for 2 days,showers cleaned at times when everyone wanted to use.Kitchen area where a lot used,should have been cleaned more very untidy.Staff not very familiar with what was happening.I'm sorry to write this ,but believe it needs a fairly thorough shake up and information to staff for guests.Couldn't recommend
