Eternal Weddings: Wedding Dresses, Alterations & Bridal Shop Melbourne

Marie has been amazing - she has been incredibly helpful, supportive and patient with me and I cannot thank her enough. She really knows her stuff and is an absolute expert!! The whole team at Eternal Weddings have been so lovely and warm, and the store is gorgeous! Highly recommend :)

I did not enjoy my experience at Eternal Weddings in Camberwell. Although the store looks lovely from the outside, instead it looked very cheap inside in the way the store was laid out and with a strange rack of bridesmaid dresses off to the side. The staff member who served me (who I will not name) was extremely pushy and abrupt. When helping me get into each wedding dress that I tried on, she left the curtains open and was very forceful when pulling the dress in and pinning it. With each dress that I tried on, she only told me what she thought I wanted to hear, and changed her opinion based off what I said. This staff member was not interested in getting to know me as the bride and what I was hoping for, but rather, simply wanted to take my money. I visited a number of amazing bridal stores when looking for my dream gown but I was very uncomfortable during my experience at Eternal Weddings and would not want to return for a second visit, even if I did find a dress I was interested in. I would not recommend this store to those looking for a positive wedding dress shopping experience.

I searched in vain for months for a store that stocked a particular dress I was desperate to try on. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that Eternal Weddings had this particular dress as part of one of their trunk shows. I had tried other dresses before this one and I can't begin to express the utter joy I felt when I finally got to try this dress on! Marie and the team were incredible to deal with during my first appointment and when I picked up my dress recently. I loved the genuine excitement and care you showed and I can't wait to wear my beautiful dress on my wedding day! Thank you!

Marie was amazing as she provided an excellent service to help me getting my wedding dress in last October. Although some people may find the prices are a bit higher for the dress and alterations but I would suggest you do your own market research and knowing what you'll be getting. Marie was so kind to provide free press and helped to remove the hand marks from my dress after I went to a cheaper seamstress. Marie is professional in providing advice with dress and accessories, even my mum loves her a lot.

Couldn't be happier with my dress and outstanding service at Eternal. I went in not expecting to find a dress and felt so comfortable and supported in a dress that I put down a deposit on a dress I felt so amazing in (and they looked after me on price.)I later freaked out a little and was worried it wasn't the dress" that I emailed them and they let me come in the following week and try on another dresses. I fell in LOOOVVVEE with a dress that was perfect and they let me change the deposit to the new dress with no mess and no making me feel bad at all. I was worried I was being annoying and they could not have been more reassuring and helpful. (They even apologised if I had felt any pressure to buy the first one.)I can't wait to go back there for my alternation appointments and even buy my bridesmaids dresses there as I couldn't have had a better experience. Vicki you were so lovely and chill and amazing and you helped me find the perfect dress. Marie you were such an amazing hype women and so personable and supportive and helpful without pushing or "selling."Thank you honestly ladies

After a sour experience at another bridal boutique, we found Eternal Weddings on a whim and able to get an appointment with Marie and her team. From my first appointment, right through to my alterations and final appointment the team has been outstanding. I always feel so welcomed and have the best time with the girls there.Thank you so much to you Marie and your team for making my wedding dress experience so much better than I expected! Grateful for everything!

I’m still reeling from my great experience today! I took advantage of the fact that my mum, sister and I were in the same country and booked an appointment- 2 years in advance. Had my dress altered at eternal weddings. I can not thank them enough! My dress was modified to my design and the alteration lady came up with amazing ideas to personalize my dress. can’t wait to wear my gown and show everyone on my big day. Thank you again to all the staff that made me look and feel incredible!! They also altered my mothers dress perfectly.
