I had to collect a big box and I could not carry it to my car. The staff Kiran, (who looked older than me and I’m reaching 60 and having a disability) willing helped me carry the box to my car! She was most helpful and friendly to help me. Big thanks and appreciation to Kiran for making life easier for me!

Make sure you pick up parcels asap, otherwise the staff can can be incredibly rude. Only received my pick up notification two days ago and the woman had a real go at me for not coming sooner. How is two days too late? Some of us are shift workers. Completely unprofessional.

This Post Office wins awards for customer service and absolutely deserves them. As well as all the usual Post Office services, including banking, they also sell crafts and jigsaws to keep you occupied at home.

I've been here a few times in the past few months and they are painfully slow to process outgoing deliveries, they're slow with their computer and they don't have an easy time reading - asking me what words are when they're plain as day. They're slow and awkward. They take about 3 times longer than your average post office. The only reason that I ever need to go to this one is because they're open later than the one that's closest to me.
