Truely AMAZING I'm 18 weeks pregnant and been in so much pain saw Charmaine this morning and I WILL BE BACK she knows her stuff and a great massage I'm seeing her weekly now to get ontop of the pain

A truly amazing and wonderful experience. The walk through natural a recreational park, with a breath taking view whilst doing yoga followed by another beautiful view whilst enjoying brunch. Met some lovely people.Jenny, Tanya and Georgia were fantastic guides/hosts.Highly recommend the walk/yoga experience.
