Amart Furniture Tingalpa

I ordered a lounge back in November and I am still waiting. Delivery date has been extended 4 times. Communication has been beyond horrible. I have called several times over the last month and been promised call backs each time which never eventuate. I finally spoke to someone yesterday who said it arrived Sunday and just needs to be logged. She said I will definitely get it this week. Called today to find out what day/time to expect it only to find out once again it will be at least another 2 weeks. This has been beyond the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The constant lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating and I would never buy from here again.

Bad service, take your money, say that items will be delivered in 2 weeks, nothing ,then get told it's going to be 6 weeks definitely, 8 weeks later, get a call saying mid November.Why take payments for items that you don't even have or know when you can deliver them.. if I could leave a negative 10 star review I would.Amart pick up your communication, don't sell items that you can't supply.

Went to view and order an 'online exclusive', because I wanted to see it before buying and then order and pay for it using my bank account. Apparently, that's all a bit too difficult, so I went to Fantastic at Capalaba. Be aware, Amart have little or no flexibility in customer service.

Melinda at Amart Tingalpa was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products she was selling. Her patient manner with my elderly parents and her customer service were greatly appreciated.

The brand does not honour the warranty promised.I have purchased an office desk from them and the top of the desk started to getting curved in less than one year. I was only using it to place my laptop and monitor over it.Upon getting in touch with the warranty team, they have declined my claim since it was not an issue from manufacturing.Well, you pay a high price for very cheap quality. Think twice before buying from Amart. There are more honest brands out there.

Rocked up at 9.20am on Sunday and they're not even open. Sign on the front says 9am. Wasted trip, will go elsewhere.

Great customer service. However, bought the sailor outdoor setting in black and within 5 months, the paint has chipped off the table and rusted, even though it’s kept under cover……and apparently not covered by warranty even though it’s advertised with a 3 year warranty…….very poor service Amart and another lost customer.

Great place to buy furniture. Lots of parking available. Very specious store. Helpful staff and lots of specials on most of the time .

Very impressed with the quality of the customer service delivered by Benjamin and the team. Friendly, honest, service with a smile and outstanding communication before, during, and after the purchase. We highly recommend this shop, huge showroom, great choices, and good discounts available. We will certainly be back.

I wanted to pass on my feedback regarding Georgina from your Customer Service team. Georgina worked with me before xmas (& after) on the sale of an outdoor setting. Georgina thought outside the box with ease (pardon the pun!), and provided the best level of follow through I’ve experienced in a long time.You are truly lucky to have a team member like Georgina, and the management team who are supporting her are obviously also doing a great job to empower her to serve customers in this way.
