Okay. The pallet booked for last Friday was not picked up even till now. They did even think to notify me so I just had to wait 6pm for no reason. I called several times for ETA and what they repeated is everything is under schedule. HA! If everything is well scheduled then what am I struggling for? The pallet canceled last Friday was rescheduled on following Monday, and it canceled with no notification then same thing happened on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Is there any issue with this company?

I used to be a staff member there and was cramped into a tiny office with several other staff members. There was other issues that I won't get into but no management ever reached out to me when I suddenly resigned. HR knew exactly what the issue was and everybody just left it. I have just been reminded of this company and thought I'd share my past experience.

Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service, the woman at the drop-off office; her behaviour is absolutely disgusting with an incredibly abusive attitude towards the customers.

The most toxic workplace I have ever worked. Was a forklift operator at the QLD depot for the last 4-5 months.They treat you like garbage and expect you to work anywhere from 10-12 hours plus Saturdays and it's NOT OPTIONAL!Does not matter what you do because you'll get abused by someone at least once a day at Karras.Don't expect to go into a clean lunchroom either because it is putrid.STEER CLEAR!!
