Best towing service in the Canberra region hands down!The man who can by to move my really low car across town was on time and extremely professional, I initially canceled on them over the phone but they held my details anyway, even gave me some really good advice on getting the car running properlyAnd, I was impressed by how fast he got the car up and moved considering how low it is.(I did get a couple of quotes from other places and they had the best price NGL)

Customer service is an easy 5 stars. Lightning quick responses, kind, friendly and especially patient. Had to call a few times because i kept forgetting to ask about some details, but they kept answering each call of mine with great clarity and professionalism. The tow truck driver was also very professional, efficient and friendly, super fun guy to talk to and arrived earlier than expected. Lifesavers. Will definitely recommend and if the time arises again these people will be my go-to. Thanks again!

Fantastic 5 star service from All States Towing!All States Towing was very helpful and arrived quickly when I was stranded on a fairly busy road in an unsafe location (half car on the road, half car on a very narrow shoulder).Matt the driver called when he was on the way. Can’t thank these three guys enough who got my car out from an underground car park and then a tow truck to a mechanic. Super quick and efficient work, extremely helpful and friendly lads. I’ve been dreading finding a way to get my car out of the car park but they did a great job. Guaranteed I’ll be calling them up for help when needed again, though hopefully my car won’t do me like that again, surely!
