We were first time coffee bean customers with a new machine seeking advice and of course quality coffee beans! Jenna was absolutely wonderful and provided great advice and friendly service. It was also a pleasure to meet Anthony Merlo who made us feel very welcome, and was very accommodating towards our daughter who has special needs. We are delighted to recommend Merlo Coffee as the place to get wonderful coffee and excellent service and advice.

I've been going to merlo for the past few months now and I can honestly say I have never had a better customer experience. The staff are always friendly and see how I am going. Not to mention the coffee is consistently good.Good coffee, even better customer service :)

I attend here regularly with several members of my ski paddling crew after our morning river training sessions & we have always received excellent service & great coffee. Parking is a dream & the Merlo team led by Nick & now Nikki are always upbeat & greet us with smiles & a warm welcome every time. Why go elsewhere? Best Staff, Best Service & Best Coffee by far - see you there!!

If you’re going to work in hospitality, be hospitable! Just got a coffee and was served by a somewhat pleasant guy…. But when my order was ready he had no smile, no eye contact, no thank you! Too much competition in this area, I won’t be back!

Extremely well trained baristas, they serve perfect coffee every time. It can get very busy during peak hours, but they usually have enough staff & machines to get through orders in a reasonable time. One choke point can be the tills, where servers going through a set script can slow down the process when there's a substantial queue.The staff are always polite and seem to genuinely enjoy their work.
